"Ugh why isn't he texting me," Rebekah complained.

I slid my lock bar to the side, skimming through some texts of my own.

"Maybe he's busy." I suggested, pausing to take a sip of my water.

"Busy doing someone else."

I put my hand over my mouth to keep the water down, gulping uncomfortably. "Else? You mean you SLEPT with him?"

"Anna!"

"Sorry," I apologized while my eyes scanned the nearly vacant restaurant. I had evidently spoken loud enough for the man across the isle to hear; who made a point to turn around from his table and give me a dirty look.

I did my best to ignore it, turning back to face Rebekah.

I leaned forward in my chair, lowering my voice to a whisper. "Did you though?"

She rolled her eyes, "Yes."

"Oh my god," I mouthed in shock.

"It's not that big of a deal..."

"But he was only the second guy, right?"

Becca nodded, "Yeah I just needed a rebound from Lewis, okay?"

"I'm not judging you."

"It feels like you are," She snapped defensively.

"I'm promise I'm not," I quickly reassured.

"Okay."

"Okay...so was he cute?"

"I think hot is probably a better word to describe him," Rebekah stated with a grin.

"I see," I replied, swirling the straw around my glass in amusement.

"You should have came with me last night. He had some cute friendss."

"It's not really my scene you know..."

"I know," Becca hummed with disappointment.

There was a brief silence followed by a waitress approaching our table.

"Sorry for the wait ladies. One order to go right?"

I glanced across at Rebekah who nodded as she was handed the bag.

"Are you sure you can't stay?"

"I wish," she sighed, "but this hangover is killer and I don't think you want me barfing on you a second time."

I laughed, "Don't remind me. That was god awful..."

She stood, slipping in her chair while my plate was placed before me.

"Sure you don't want to come with? We could eat out on the balcony."

I signaled for her to go ahead, "I think I'll just eat here. After staying in last night it feels good just to get out of the room for once."

"Okay then, I'm going to head up."

"Kay see you later!"

I waved as I watched her exit the restaurant but I didn't know.

I didn't know just how much my life would change by choosing to stay.

A/N: Sorry the ending isn't that great, this will all come into play in the succeeding chapters, the next one will go back to the hostage Ariana/ Harry present scenes though :D
