*sigh* Alex, Alex, Alex.
Right. From the start, I've always known that Alex would be just like her father. She's got the fire power, the gender-bent looks and the imagination. She can be the jealous type, but she can also be supportive and creative.
Her brain is programmed to respond to fear, which means that she's someone you'd want if you're about to do something dangerous, always ask for Alex's opinion. She's the one who'll tell you: 'no, that's a very bad idea. Don't do it.'
Alex could be mistaken as a gender-bent version of her father - minus some of the sass, though. I wish I could tell you that Alex is my favourite femalr character in my series, but that role goes to another character. (And no, it is not Zoe)
Anyway, hope you enjoy!
Interviewer: So, Alexandra, how are you?
Alex: It's Alex, and I'm good, thanks.
Interviewer: Sorry, Alex. How are your friends?
Alex: They're fine, I guess. We've strayed apart a bit, but for now we're okay. I mean, we're not perfect or anything, but we're still close. Just, not as close as we were during the quest.
Interviewer: In what ways have they changed?
Alex: Um... I guess I can't really answer that. It's quite confusing, but we've changed a lot in many different ways.
Interviewer: How has your life been since Tartarus?
Alex: It's been rocky. Very rocky, to tell you the truth. Luckily I've had my brother and Sammy to help cope with the stress from the occasional nightmare.
Interviewer: You saved Olympus, Alex, how much more do you think you can do in your lifetime?
Alex: I have no idea. Life has many hurdles and opponents to overcome, and especially for a demigod, we hardly ever get a break. Sometimes I wonder if I'll ever get a break from all of this. But also, deep down, I can also see reasons why I can't go back to my old life; I've somehow grown used to monster-fighting! *laughs*
Interviewer: So tell me, is it true that you and Samuel Zhang are going out?
Alex: Well, I suppose I can't really deny it, as my friends have probably told you all about how we're lovey-dovey and stuff, but otherwise, yeah, we're going out. *grins widely*
Interviewer: Right. How're Noah and Hayley doing?
Alex: They're good. Noah has found a sort of rhythm with working with machines, so him and dad are spending time back at Camp working in the forge building stuff. Uh... Hayley has made heaps of friends and is practising her fighting skills, so hopefully she'll be ready to go on quests soon, but yeah, they're all good.
Interviewer: Well, that's all we have time for. Thank you, Alex, for answering the questions.
