Sydney's POV

I woke up next to Adele in a small, cramped room that had grey walls with blood splattered all over them

"Adele" I whispered "Adele. Wake up" I nudged her gently and she woke up

"What?" She asked grumpily, then noticed where we were

"What happened? Last night?"

"We got lost in the woods, then found like, half of the pack dead in the woods because of the masked-man, then he knocked us out and.. I don't know, but I do remember some-one attempt to resue us but failed"

"What do you think they want us for?" I asked softly

"I dunno. Blood, fur, probably things like that" She answered, fear in her eyes, and voice trmebling, not forgetting she's shaking from fear

"You're right, Adeleyn. We do want your fur" A scary deep voice said through a speaker thing

"I'M CALLED ADELE!" She screamed

Her full name is Adeleyn-Marie Jonston, but she prefers to be called Adele.

"And Sydney-Louise Young. I haven't seen you since you were little" His booming voice said again, I sat against a part of the wall where there's no blood near, or around it, and brought my knees up to my chest, resting my head on my knees as tears slipped out of my eyes

"Sid, we'll be alright, your dad's gonna come get us. You know he will" Adele told me, wiping my eyes

Then a small door opened, and Evelyn got pushed in, and she lost her balance, landing flat on her face

"EVE!" Adele shouted, going towards a bruised and abused Evelyn

"Adele. What're you doing here?" Evelyn asked, worriedly and scared, then her eyes trailed to me "Sydney?"

"Evelyn" I whispered "What happened to you?"

"It was my dad" she cried "He found out i'd already shifted for the first time and abused me, and r-r-raped me"

"Aw. Eve, it's gonna be alright" I told her, hugging the bruised girl as she cried on my shoulder

'POPPY!' Raymond screamed, making me jump 'Poppy, we're getting you out of there'

'But youre dead' Poppy protested

'No. He missed me, but I stumbled back and cut my arm on a sharp branch, that's where the blood came from. But I'm not dead'

'Just get us out of here. They want us for something. But I don't know what. Adele and Evelyn are here as well.'

'Ok. We're on our way. Stay calm and don't do anything stupid'

'HEY! I heard that y'know' Raymond protested

"Who is it?" Adele asked

"Jayce. He didn't die. The bullet missed him but he lost his balance and cut his arm, as he passed out" I told her and she nodded in acknowledgement (Wow! That's a long word for me. HAHA!)

"Ok. So they're coming to help us?"

"Yeah. I don't know who, though"

"Good. It smells really bad in here" Adele just summed up everything I thought
