I woke up suddenly, freezing cold, but sweating. I grabbed the thermometer on my bedside table and tested my temperiture
"Nonononono" I whispered, as I saw my temperiture
"What's wrong?" Gabe asked, sitting on the edge of my bed
"I think i'm ill" I whispered
"No. You're not ill. There's only one explanation "Sydney, when was the last time you was with Jayce?"
"2 months ago, as he was dying" I sniffed
"You've got to be more than 2 months" he shook his head, frown lines engraved into his forehead
"2 months what?" I screamed
"You're having kids"
"But that'll mean i'm having pups" I whispered "I'm not ready. I can't. They can't be raised without the help of Jayce. When I was little I was terrible with dolls. I couldn't even get my baby annabelle to shut up so my dad had to get rid of it"
"Why're you talking about that? I'm talking about this. There's a child, or perhaps even more than one child inside of you."
"I'm skrewed. I'm only 14. I can't."
My dad came in and asked what was wrong, and Gabe showed him the thermometer
"We're getting pups!" My dad exclaimed and I mentally face-palmed
"DAD!" I screamed "It's not helping. Jayce died 2 months ago, I've had it up to above my head with school, and worst of all, you're not helping the fact i'm pregnant at the age of 14. One-Four. A small number."
"Sorry, sweetheart" My dad whispered, kissing my forehead "It's just that your mother and I have been waiting for more pups since the day you were born"
I laid back down on my bed and ran a hand through my knotty fringe
"What am I going to do? I might as well be on 16 and pregnant"
"It's obvious you've missed your period. You don't have constant mood swings, and you're usually less energetic when you're on"

I lazilly brushed my teeth and spat the toothpaste out into the sink before getting dressed into my dark blue skinny jeans and purple T-Shirt that says 'YOLO' on in bold red
Yeah, YOLO. You Only Live Once. And my life is offically over now i'm supposedly pregnant
I grabbed my phone and purse, walking down the stairs to my dad's car
I tried to sit but my jeans wouldn't let me
"Damn you, skinny jeans" I cursed as I tried getting out of the car but failed and banged my head, instead
"Calm down" Gabe whispered from the other side of the car
"I can't calm down when I can't even get in the god damn car. Can I?" I mumbled, running back in the house.
I changed by jeans into a high-waisted red plaid skirt, that's supposed to end at my knees but since my recent growth-spirt, it's mid-thigh
I smiled as I got into the car with ease and buckled the seatbelt

"It's twin girls" The doctor said as I craned my neck to see the moniter
"I didn't realise I was already in the second trimester"
"She didn't even know she's pregnant until a hour ago" My mum said
"I can't believe it's twin girls" I whispered
