Phil's heart skipped a beat. He wasn't sure what this meant. Dan seemed shy under his dominion which was extremely different to their usual
friendship.
Dan regretted the words as soon they came out his mouth. A very small part of him was thankful - he had finally said it, but the other half was raging and screaming.
How could you be so fucking stupid? He was probably just reading the fanfiction because it came up on his dashboard. Why the fuck would he even be attracted you still after all these years? You're just flat mates.
Take a chance, Dan. He was reading if for a reason. You were together at one point.
"What do you mean?" Phil asked.
"Have you ever wondered, or just looked in to what our audience thinks about us?" Dan responded. Phil bit his lip with anticipation.
"You mean, uh, phan?"
"Yeah."
"Yes." He admitted. "Quite a lot."
"Really?"
Phil nodded, his voice failing on him.
"Do you ever think that there could be more than just uh friendship between us again?"
"Yes."
