"Nico-chan!!" Honoka exclaimed, practically sprinting to catch up to the other girl as Otonokizaka High's dismissal bell rang.
"What?" Nico scoffed, looking behind herself. Honoka tugged on the sleeve of Nico's pink sweater, like a child would to their mother.
"We should hang out! I don't really get to be with you as much as i do with the other members, and i don't think thats fair.. I want to get to know you better, is what I'm trying to say!" Honoka giggled.
Nico blushed, unable to immediately form any words in response. Is it that obvious? She thought, although Honoka was less intimidating than a little pink butterfly stuck on a marshmallow, Nico still found herself cowering in anxiety every time they spoke. Nico reluctantly admitted to herself that it couldn't be anything but a crush, though she assured herself it was just a brief infatuation, she'd be over Honoka in due time, but its been months, and its felt more like eternities. She couldn't be in love, right?
