Kaylee and Harry were married a year later. They had two children by the names of Darcy and Peyton, one girl and one boy. They lived happily in London for the rest of their lives without any interference.
After Jordan saved Kaylee's life they became best friends and was even Kaylee's maid of honor at her and Harry's wedding. Jordan and Liam also got married a few years later and have a baby girl on the way.
One Direction broke up after Harry's departure but none of them were upset. They all stayed in touch. Niall even lived right next door to Kaylee and Harry. I guess he didn't really ever get over almost losing Kaylee twice.
Louis and El have stayed strong through their marriage and have 4 beautiful children. All of which visit Kaylee and Harry every week.
Zayn and Perrie on the other hand called off their wedding. They didn't want to make such a commitment yet they stayed boyfriend and girlfriend forever.
Now you may say this is too happy of an ending, but don't you think they deserve it?
