You ran as fast as you could you could hear him laughing behind you. The branches hit you all over definitely leaving scratches and bruises. You didn't care though you just wanted to get away from him. You couldn't see where you were going of what even was in front of you but you kept running. Suddenly your foot caught on the root of a tree and you fell forward landing hard on the ground. You payed their for a little bit trying to catch your breath. You tried to listen to see if you could hear him coming of hear anything. All you heard was animals and the slight breeze. Then you heard a twig snap and your head snapped towards the sound. You saw him not that far away from you looking right at you. Without think twice you got up fast and started running again. You'd look back every now and then and he'd always be behind you but he was never running just standing their behind you. When you turned your head forward again he was right in front of you. You stopped dead in your tracks and didn't do anything but breath.
