Laura's POV

Monday... Which was the first school-day after the party..

I went towards my locker and took my books out for the first lesson, hearing about all the gossip that went down after the party... God.

I closed my locker and me and Raini were about to walk again when I felt someone hitting his shoulder against mine, on purpose.

I immediatly looked up, guessing it was Maia but it was Erica.

I rolled my eyes as she stopped walking with another girl. She raised her brow at me before hissing.

Erica: Watch where you're going, Lauren

Okay, I'm pretty sure she did that on purpose.

Laura: It's spelled 'L-A-U-R-A', but close enaugh.

She raised her brow once again but than probably decieded that I was not worth her time.

Raini looked at me than at Erica who was walking away.

Raini: That girl hates you..

I rolled my eyes before walking with her to the geography room.

Laura: I just hope karma slaps her in the face, before I do.

Raini laughed at my remark.

Raini: It's weird tho, I mean she definelity wants to get Ross but why is she hating on you than?..

I shrugged.

Laura: I don't even wanna know, I don't even wanna add her to the list of people that I'll hate forever. I mean, it's long enaugh already..

Raini laughed.

Raini: Whatever, Laurie gurl. I gotta go to math..

I nodded and smiled at her.

Laura: Alright, see ya later Raini.

Right now I'm sitting in history class, being bored like wow.

"....in groups"

My head instantly snapped up and I looked at our teacher Mr Johnson.

Groups?! No

Mr Johnson: The groups are going to be...

He took a list from the table and started to read them out aloud.

Mr Johnson: Oh and each group is going to have one topic that they're going to do a written report. The groups are:

•Troy and Gabriella [sry I'm Troyella af]

•Stiles and Lydia [if u know them ily]

•Scott and Allison [^]

•Rocky and Bailey

•Ross and Laura

Wth no, you can not be serious. Why always me and Ross?! Okay... Not always but I.. Gosh, every time I see him I think about Erica.

I immediately glanced to Ross and he was already looking at me and had a smile on his face.

I smiled back awkwardly, I mean we're friends now..

I than turned back to our teacher and started to play with the sleeves of my sweater, nervous.

I never get nervous with things which involve Ross. Ugh.

After the teacher announced the groups every group sat down together and started to talk about their topics.

Wait, I didn't listen to the topic Mr Johnson gave each groups..

Thanks to my overthinking.

My thoughts got interrupted by the chair moving and Ross sitting on it than.

He looked at me and me at him.

Ross: So wanna start talking about our topic?

I nodded and smiled awkwardly.

Laura: Yeah sure...

Ross: So, I think we should start off with the year 1066 since it was the year where England was invaded for the last time.

I nodded, having no clue what he's talking about.

Ross: What do you think we should do next?

He said while leaning down and resting his arms on the table. It kind of got me more nervous than I was already, since I was also resting my arms so I just put them in my lap while turning to him again.

Laura: Um.. Well..

Ross: You forgot the topic, didn't you?

He chuckled and I just nodded. Technically I can't forget something that I never knew but eh.

Ross: Well, our topic are the historic events in Britain.

I nodded, oh.

Laura: Oh alright than..

Ross turned his head and looked at the clock on the wall before turning to me again.

Ross: Since class is gonna end in like a minute already, we should meet up after school this week, is that okay with you?

Laura: This week?.. Um I guess

Ross: Great.. I'll text you than

He said while standing up. I frowned.

Laura: Wait.. You don't even have my number

I noticed out loud.

He turned towards me again, obviously hearing it. He looked at me before scratching his neck and smiling.

Ross: I kind of got it from Rydel..

I just nodded than and smiled.

Laura: Alright than.. See ya around!

I said while passing him and going out of the classroom.

That could be interesting.
