When Dawson walks out on 51

I haven't seen season 4 yet, Aussie. But I hear Dawson leave (hopefully not for good that'd break my heart) so here's what happens after that

Dawson walked out of 51 and into the sunset after her last shift there.

Two days later she took a deep breath and looked up at her new house.
"Hey you must be Dawson! We've heard a heap about you!" Said one girl
"I'm sorry you are?" She asked the lady who was picking up a few things laying around out the front
"I'm Jessica Fitzgerald, I'm the Lieutenant on squad here and the boys sometimes think I double as their mumma" she said
"Gabby Dawson, from 51" she replied.
"Well it's nice to have you here, come on in and I'll show you around and introduce you everyone" she said as the two girls walked in. Fitzgerald slammed open the door and looked at squad
"Squad for the love of God! Pick your crap up! It'll get ran over one day!" She said throwing a water bottle at one of the guys
"Dawson?" Came a voice from behind them as she turned around she was looking dead in the eyes of Welch.

3 Months Later

All units back up to south street and island drive. Warehouse fire.

"Let's go!" Yelled her Liuetenant. Who happened be Jacob Jones. Rebecca's older brother. They pulled their turn out gear on and jumped in. It took them about 10 minutes to get to the scene but when they did Gabby's heart sang and she sat lower down in her seat
"Oh crap!" She said ducking her head as they pulled up against truck 81
"Dawson?" Asked Jones
"Ah 51 are here" she said looking around for one particular person. Her team patted her shoulder as they put their helmets on and jumped out

"What have we got?" Asked Jones walking up to Severide and Casey with Fitzgerald
"We've manage to pull everyone out of the back where the fire started but we have multiple victims stuck on the top floor and some in the east side of the building right here" said Casey as a gabby avoided looking over at them
"What the play?" Asked Fitzgerald
"We'll combine all our men split into smaller groups and go from there" Severide said
"Alright, Duncan and Smith your with Casey, Arie with Severide, Dawson with me!" Yelled Jones walking off. Casey at that point felt he's heart stop he looked up from he's tactical discussion with Severide to see Dawson, nod. He was stunned, she looked even more beautiful then the last time he saw her. Which was three months ago. As she walked out on 51

"Welch with Severide, Park and  Ramsey with Casey, O'Neil with me the rest of you with Jones!" Said Fitzgerald.

4 hours later and the building began to shake, gabby stopped and grabbed Jones as the roof above them collapse she pulled him back but it struck her tank causing her mask to stop working. Thinking quick she pulled it off and they legged it out the door, they where two of the last four in there, Severide and Casey should have been behind them. Once outside, Chilli was the first to Dawson sitting her down on the front of squad 3 and masking her.

"Severide and Casey are still inside!" She managed to get out
"They'll make it out" said Brett watching the doors as an explosion sounded from somewhere inside, 10 minutes later Severide came out carrying an unconscious Casey in he's arms.

"MATT!" Screamed gabby standing up ripping the mask off her face
"No! Let me go!" She said fighting the arms holding her back.
"Just wait till Severide puts him down on the gurney" said Welch. As Sev walked to the ambo with he's friend and placed him gentle on the gurney. As he did that Welch let go of Dawson and she ran over to the best she could after breathing in smoke.

"Matt?!" She said getting to he's head and looking at him, he groaned and open he's eyes
"Oh god I'm dead" he said closing your eyes
"No your not! Open your eye!" She said as he looked at her
"If I'm not dead then why am I looking at an angel" he said looking at her
"Cause she's worried about the love of her life" she said distracting him from what Brett and Chili where doing. Running her hand over he's hair, she was subtly checking he's head from any problems
"He's heads fine" she said looking up at the other two paramedics
"Let's load him and you up and get you two to hospital" said Chilli
"Me I'm fine" said Dawson
"No your not, your mask failed you've breathed in a decent amount of smoke you need to be checked out. Now get in!" Demanded Brett
"Alright alright!" She said jumping in the back after Matt

"So I'm the love of your life?" Asked Matt looking at her
"Always have been" she said looking at him smiling a little
"I miss you" he said
"I miss you two, and 51" she said back to him running a hand though he's hair
"I love you Gabby" he said looking at her
"Matt, I have never stopped loving you" she said to him leaning down to kiss him just as they pulled up at the hospital.
