"Hank?" came Erin's voice from he's office door

"Erin? How'd it go?" He asked her as she walked in and closed the door sitting down across from him

"I don't know. You tell me" She said to him sliding something across the desk as he picked it up and looked at it he's eyes going wide

"Really?" He asked he's lips turning up into a smile

"I can't do this without him!" She said to him looking at him as he came up to her from behind he's desk

"He'll be home soon. I promise. In the meantime there are trainers from the K-9 down stairs wanting to talk to you" he said to her as they stood up and hugged

"I guess I'm just worried that he won't come home" She said to him

"He'll come home" He said to her as he picked up he's phone

"Rangers HQ please?" He asked the person on the other end.

Hank spent over an hour on the phone to different people before getting the answers he needed and it wasn't what he wanted to hear

"Keep me posted" he said before hanging up running a hand through he's hair.

"Who is this guy?" Asked Ruzek the following day

"Guys meet Delta our new unit dog. I'm he's hander" Said Erin sitting down looking at the dog proudly. A grey staffy who went and sat on the ground at the end of Erin's desk before putting he's head on he's paws.

"He's pretty cute actually" said Kim walking past as Delta looked up at her

"He likes women better then men" Commented Erin from her desk.

A couple of months later

"Thanks everyone for being here tonight. You all know that you're practically my family sooooooo take a look in the bags?" She questioned. She wanted as her team dug into the bags and pulled out what was inside.

'Erin?" asked Kim standing up

"yeah I'm pregnant" She said to them as Kim screamed causing Delta to jump up from he's spot in the corner of the room as the rest of the room jumped up and joined the two girls. Delta walked over to the group and barked at them

"Delta calm down!" Said Erin laughing with tears in her eyes

"Wait! Why aren't Voight and Olinksy here?" Asked Ruzek

"Hank knew since day one and I passed out in front of Al at Hank's one night" She told them

"PASSED OUT?" they all yelled

"It's normal guys calm down. I stood up too fast" She said to them as they all looked at her

"What? I am handling this the best that I can" she said to them as they hugged her again

6 Months pregnant

"suite up guys! We've got a bust!" Said hank coming out of he's office.

"Erin we're going to need you too" Said hanks turning to her

"ah is that.a good idea?" Asked Erin

"You won't be going in until it's all clear but we need Delta" He said as she nodded taking a deep breath

"Come on, let's get a vest on you" said Kim

"Thanks" said Erin

"Delta!" called Erin having to he's vest on too
