Voight!

"Hey you ok?" Asked Jay as he sat down on the couch pulling Erin to him. She shook her head before leaning her head into he's neck, wrapping her arms around him tightly. He could feel her tears running down he's neck and it broke he's heart

"Voight?" He asked her as she nodded.

"What did he do?" He asked her as she turned her face so he could hear her.

"He ah said to get back to my desk until he needed me" She said to him sniffling

"What was this about?" He asked her

"Tafani. I told him to bring in him in cuffs or I would and he told me I was talking to him like my dad over my boss and then sent me back to my desk. Justin's my brother and he dismissed me like I was nothing else to him" She said to Jay. It broke he's heart to see he's girl so torn up.

"He's just stressed" Said Jay

"Yeah right. He hasn't respected me since I went down the rabbit hole" She said to him. 

"You've worked hard since then Er, why would he treat you this way?" Asked Jay

"Because I've lost he's respect. I've lost he's love. I'm nothing to him now. Specially since the whole situation with Justin" She said trying not to cry again. Jay huffed and stood up extending he's hands to here

"Where are we going?" She asked him

"To bath!" He said making her laugh. He always knew exactly what she needed.

Later that night after Erin had fallen asleep. Jay climbed out of bed, changed into cloths and headed out the door. He drove for 30 minutes before pulling up outside a house. He noticed there where lights still on so Voight would still be up. Sighing he got out of the car and knocked the door.

"What?" Asked Voight annoyed. He's demeanour changed when he noticed it was Jay on he's door step

"Is Erin...."

"She's alright now. Earlier this evening is a different story!" He said to him as Hank looked at him

"What happened?" He asked a little worried

"She's convinced that you don't love her any more that you don't respect her and honestly I kind of believe her. How could you just send her back to her desk today! Justin's her brother too! She loves him as annoying as he is or was. You may not know but they both protected each other through high school! Maybe you shouldn't be so harsh on Erin. She's worked her ass off since coming back and she doesn't need you being a dick to her!" He said to Voight. Hank looked up into Jay's eyes and he couldn't find it in himself to be angry. Instead he smiled at Jay, which he found creepy.

"Sir?" He asked as he chuckled

"I should be angry at you. I should be furious that you can come to my home and yell at me about Erin, but you're right I have been an ass to her and honestly I respect you for having the balls to step to up to me like that" He said to Jay as Jay looked around

"So you're not going to kill me?" He asked Hank

"No I'm not going to kill you. You are right" He said to him as the shook hands

"Get some sleep sir" Said Jay walking away

"Erin! My office!" Yelled Hank as soon as her and Jay stepped onto the floor. Erin groaned and looked at Jay who smiled down at her before pushing her towards her dad's office.

"Sir?" She asked him as he closed the door

"I wanted to apologise for yesterday. Someone decided I needed a small kick up the ass. I'm sorry you feel like I disrespect and not trust you because Erin it's the total opposite. Every time you fall you some how find a way to crawl your way out. Sometimes it's without help and sometimes you extend your hand and someones there to pull you the rest of the way. I Love you like my own Erin don't ever forget that or not trust that" he said to her as she started to tear up

"Yesterday felt like you did" She said to him as he pulled her in for a hug

"You're my girl. No one else's" He said to her as she laughed

"Jay would say the same so you two have something to figure out there" She said as he chuckled

"Different meanings" He said to her as she laughed. Hank suddenly remembered something

"Ah just on the down low, go check out the cage" He said to her as she stepped back wide eyed and looked at him

"Tafani?" She asked him as he nodded. 

"You've already taken a run at him haven't you?" She asked him

"Please I wanted to run him over" He said as she laughed

"Oh yes cause Justin would agree to that!" She said to him as he sighed

"He's become so much like you" He said laughing

"He'll get better" Said Erin

"Oh yeah I know he's delirious right now! He said something the other night about joining the force!" He said as Erin smiled

"He's serious about that" Said Erin as hanks eyes went wide

"Well shit" he said sitting down

"He'll make it dad" She said as she walked out smiling, walking over to Jay. She bent over he's desk and kissed him in plain view of everyone

"What was that for?" He asked her

"A swift kick" She said to him as he smiled

"Anything for my girl" he said to her smiling

Ok so I haven't seen season 3 yet so i'm sorry I have no clue what's happened between Erin and Voight and Justin and ect ect ect but yeah. Hope you liked it
