Kody

I exited August's room to find Rex standing in the hallway. Rex was the big guy who'd slapped, kicked and dragged my ass the whole night. He was around 6'1" and buff as hell. He had the prettiest, smooth chocolate complexion. He wasn't as tatted as August and Sully, but he definitely had a good amount. His freshly twisted dreads hang loosely to the middle of his back. He was good looking as well. He gave me a head nod for a greeting as we began walking downstairs.

"Hey, what's up? Not dragging me today?" I asked with a bit of attitude, and a mean glare on my face. I wasn't too fond of him by the way he'd handled me the night before. "Nah. You a part of the team now... so, I'm gonna respect ya' little ass. No hard feelins?" He looked down to me. I smirked, "Good. My hands aren't tied today. I was ready to box your ass up if I had to. But... no hard feelings." I said jokingly, but I was dead serious. He snickered, "Right." He sounded unconvinced. When we got downstairs my jaw dropped. There were about ten girls down there. They were all bad as hell, I must admit. August had a variety, from light skin to dark skin and even caucasian. They all looked exotic. Some of them were dressed in bra and panties, while others wore a shirt and panties -- a select few besides me were fully clothed.

They were all busy counting money, writing in tablets, practicing on the poles August had installed and chatting amongst eachother. It all stopped when they saw me standing beside Rex. I caught a few glares, girls whispering to one another while looking at me and unhappy facial expressions before he began to speak. "Aye, listen up -- we have a new addition to the team. Her name's Kody. Y'all asses gon' chill on the petty shit. Cause I already know how y'all muh'fuckas are when new girls get to the house." A few of the girls smiled and waved while a few others sucked their teeth and rolled their eyes. A girl with light caramel skin, a huge ass and long black weave walked from the pole she'd been practicing on. She looked at me from head to toe and folded her arms across her chest. I knew right away that there would be problems between me and her. She gave me a look of disgust and I gave her the exact same. "Well, get acquainted and shit. Chat. Whatever y'all females do." Rex turned to go back upstairs. "Oh, and yo' breakfast is in the kitchen, Kody."

I just stood there as Rex left. I waited on them to introduce themselves or attempt to get to know me. Something. But, no one took the initiative. They were rude as hell. They continued doing what they were doing as if I weren't even there. All except two girls -- a black girl who was around my skintone and height and a taller white girl who looked as if she could be a model. They approached me and I became cautious. They could've been coming to jump me or something. I had to keep my guard up. "Hey, I'm Dutchess. And this is my main bitch, Amelia." The black girl said as they gave me warm smiles. I then remembered that August had mentioned Dutchess to me. She was supposed to be helping me out. She was gorgeous with pretty, neatly twisted dreadlocks that fell down her back. Her shape was nice as well. Amelia had a body structure similar to mine. Somewhat slim, but still had thick thighs and a plump behind. She had the most beautiful blue eyes and long, wavy blonde hair. I also noticed she had a tiny mole to the top right of her full, pink lips.

"Nice to meet you, love. The rest of the girls are most likely jealous that another bad bitch is in the house. They petty like that. Don't mind it." Amelia spoke up, broadcasting her somewhat urban accent. She surely wasn't as proper as she looked. I smiled, "Awh, it's nothing. I don't really care." Dutchess nodded her head as we began walking to the kitchen so I could eat. "Good. Cause there's a lot more where that came from." She said as we took a seat at the island and I began eating. "So, August told me about you. You're here, technically, against your will. Right?" Dutchess asked. I sighed, taking a bite from a strip of bacon, "Pretty much."

"Hm... so, that means you really aren't all in like the rest of us." Amelia interjected. "All in?" I questioned, a bit unsure of what she meant. "Yeah. All of the girls here are in this game 'cause we wanna be, not because we were forced to be. This is the life we chose. I suggest you don't slack or make a mockery of the team because this wasn't something you chose for yourself. Put your all into this shit. Might as well since there's no way out." Dutchess grabbed a glass from the cabinet and poured me some orange juice.
