Needles (Samaurtis Shipping Fanfic!)

Chapter 3

Ah! I never used a shower in such a long time! I wash my bunny ears and make sure to clean my cuts. I watch fleas, blood and filth wash down the drain. Was I really this dirty? I cleaned myself everyday. Well, meaning I lick myself to keep clean. What? Expected them, to give us free showers? Nah.

"You done yet?" I hear Taurtis knock. "Yup, one second." I turn the shower off and grab a towel and wrap up in it. Taurtis opened the door slowly.

"Oh, thank Gord you're covered. Here's your clothes. I washed them." He smiled and handed me my old clothes. I grab them and thank him. He leaves and I start to get dressed and tucking my tail again.

I walk out of the bathroom my hair still damp. "Aw you tucked your tail." I hear Taurtis say from behind me making me jump. "Gah! Don't scare me like that!" I playfully punch him. "Sorry, couldn't resist." He laughed.

"Well, we got an hour before we have to go. So let's go see Seto." He said. "O-okay, um, so he's a sorcerer you said?" I ask. Having a terrible flashback of when a sorcerer was at the lab. The sorcerer blasted fireballs and muttered terrifying words and then sent me flying across the lab once injuring me.

"Yup! He's pretty cool!" Taurtis smiled. "Oh, I don't really, um, have good experiences with sorcerers." I rub the back of my neck nervously.

"Oh, he's cool. He's friends with everyone." He walked to the living room and I followed. "I hope." I mutter. "It'll be fine." He smiled and he opened the door and when we were both out I slammed it shut behind us.

We arrive at the sorcerer's home. I'm really nervous and shaking rapidly in fear. "Wow, are you cold or something?" Taurtis laughed.

"U-uh, y-yeah." I nervously say. "Alright, let's go!" He knocked on the door and I can hear someone rushing to answer. It then swings open and revealed a man in a purple cloak with a white headband. He had brown hair bits hanging in front of his face.

"Oh, hey Taurtis." He kindly said. "Who's your friend?" He asked pointing at me. I hope my quivering didn't make me seem weaker. "Oh, um, Sam. He has some wounds that need healing." Taurtis said.

"Hmm, Sam. Swore I heard that name before. And think of it, you do look familiar..." I froze for a bit in fright.

"Nevermind, I'm getting off track. Let's just heal your wounds." He let us in. His house was like some library and potions were scattered everywhere.

I shivered when I saw a harming potion. I had my ears perked up listening for any suspicious movement. I then hear little footsteps behind me. I freeze for a second and let my instincts kick in and dunked.

A baby ender dragon then landed on Taurtis' back. I was quivering in fear from horrible memories. The ender dragon playfully licked Taurtis' face making him laugh. "I see you met Particles." Seto laughed.

Particles then looked at me. 'Heh heh, he has bunny ears.' I hear the ender dragon say. "Wait, hey! Is that supposed to be a joke?" I ask offended. 'You speak ender?' "Well, I use to have ender like friends... Before they were, executed." I shiver.

"You speak ender dragon too?" Taurtis asked. "Well, um, ender. Like I said, I use to have ender friends." I say weakly getting back up off the ground. "I heard you say executed. What do you mean? Where they bad?" Seto asked.

"N-no, I, um, rather not talk about it." I mutter. "Oh, okay. Um, I'll just grab healing potions." Seto left the room. 'Executed means killed off, right?' "I rather not talk about it." I hiss to Particles.

"What is he saying?" Taurtis asked curiously. "Nothing of your concern." I say getting up and dust myself.

Seto returned moments later with two bottles in his hands. A instant health potion and regeneration. "Here ya go. I guess you two should be on your way, me and Particles have some business to do afterwards." Seto said. He gives them to me.

Taurtis nods. "Aye cap'n sorcerer!" Taurtis salutes playfully. I giggle at his action. "Come on, you said you were gonna introduce me to someone?" I ask.

"Right! Let's go before we're late!" He grabs my wrist and I held on to the potions in one arm. He practically dragged me across the house to the exit.

"Bye, come back soon!" Seto waved. 'Nice meetin' ya, Sam!' Particles yelped.

"Bye! See ya!" Taurtis waved still holding my wrist tightly. I wave while trying to hold the bottles in my arm. We were already out across Seto's front lawn.

Well, hopefully the people we meet are friendly. Well, they probably are. After all, Taurtis is pretty kind and warm hearted. I'll probably enjoy staying with him for a while longer.

Maybe, even, an eternity longer?

(A/N Ey!!! Third chapter done like most of you hoped! So if it's nighttime? As long as I get this chapter in, I'm sure we're are handy dandy. XP So, hope y'all enjoyed it as much as I did writing it.
