And then,silence.
It's eerie.
You took another step.

Only to be returned with another.
Paranoia filled up the once empty mind of yours.
However, you lacked the courage to speak up.
'Who's there?', you just can't say it.
What's stopping you? It's not something physical. That's for sure. But, you could feel tape plastered over your mouth. Not just one but a hundred layers.
You just can't speak up.
Fear is your tape.
Then, you took another step. And as expected,

again!
The bracelet shackled on your hand kept ringing.

You were trembling.
You stepped another step. And so comes that one other step.

Then, a barrage of steps dashed forward.
Followed by heavy steps,matching the pace.

You panted.
Haa...haa...
It wasn't a pleasant experience,you thought.
Then,from outside the door,you heard a familiar voice.
"Why are you running from your boyfriend?"
It is then your whole world shattered into sharp broken pieces. You watched it fall to the floor like unwanted trash.

Your hands kept trembling.
