(Mackenzie's POV)
I was walking in the crowded hall when I got tripped and I fell a boy walked over to me and helped me up
"Hi my name is Matthew but you can call me Matt" he's looked so cute (pic at the top)
"Ok thank you Matt" I smiled at him
"Why are you even talking to him, no one likes you and no one will ever like you" That girl was Katy
"Hey Katy leave her alone" Matt yelled at her so Katy just walked away
"Wow that was brave and thanks" I thanked him
"Does she always bully you" Matt asked sounding concerned
"Ya" I said to him trying not too cry
"Don't you have a older brother to talk to" Matt asked me
"Ya but maybe you should just-" I said but I felt a tear fall down my face "wait" Matt chased me until I ran into the bathroom "don't let Kate hurt you-please don't cry" he yelled
"Hi you must be Matt the new guy is Mackenzie in the bathroom cause I'm her best friend Rowan" I over heard them.
I wiped my eyes and took a deep breath and walked out of the bathroom "sorry about what happened" I apologized to them
"Hey why are you apologizing, Kate is bullying you" Rowen said to me
"It is ok to cry" Matt said to me
"No I don't want to cry" I just told them
"Hey here is my number" Matt said as he showed me his phone number
