Georgia and Finley knew this was coming soon. Why didn't they expect it sooner? There was tension between all of the countries since World War I, and it was growing. That's when the huge shocker of Hitler's work became global news."I must go, Georgia. I can't let them keep doing this to innocent people. I need to go. They need my help." Finley said, putting the last of his extra clothing in a suitcase. "What if something bad happens, Finley? I couldn't bear it all! Not the weight of this world, and not without you! Please, Finley." Georgia begged. Finley zipped up his suitcase, and sat on the bed next to Georgia. "Honey, I'll be home before you know it. There's no need to worry. It'll all be okay. It is either stop the Nazis now, or we're next. You'll be fine. I left the keys to the gunsafe in the nightstand." He kissed her forehead, and placed his suitcase on the floor. "C'mon. We'll be late." He joked, taking her hand and leaving the house.
They made it to the deportation center, and Georgia was in tears. "I love you, Georgia, but I must go. I'll be home soon." Finley promised. He kissed her forehead again, and was turning to leave when Georgia spoke up. "We're going to have a baby." Georgia said. "What? Why didn't you tell me sooner?" He asked, shocked by the abruptness. "Come on, lover boy! We've gotta get goin'!" One of the men laughed. "I'm so sorry, Georgia. I'll wrote to you as often as I can. I love you, Honey." Finley kissed her lips, and began to walk away. "Goodbye, Finley Evans." Georgia replied, tears streaming down her cheeks.
Georgia went back to their house, and looked at all of the pictures on the wall. "Oh, please, Finley Evans. Please don't do anything stupid. We need you here." She stopped walking and placed a hand on her barely visible baby bump. "Daddy will be home, sweet baby. I promise." Georgia leaned down as far as she could, and blew a kiss.
