"I assume you will be attending the wedding, yes?" Finley asked, zipping his suitcase. After tightening his tie, he looked over to Georgia who was sitting at her vanity. "I suppose." Georgia sighed. As much as she knew this was the right thing, she hated to see Finley go. He was her first, and only, love. "I'll miss you, Georgia Anderson." Finley stated, kissing her cheek. "As I will miss you, Finley Evans." Hearing him say her maiden name broke her heart. The wedding day came, and Georgia was in charge of helping Finley. Once he was dressed, she entered the room to help style his hair. She was getting older, and the War caused her lots of pain. Georgia had a slight limp, but you wouldn't be able to tell unless you really paid attention.
"I wish you two the best." Georgia sighed. As she stood in front of him combing his hair back, Finley noticed the pain and hurt gathered in her eyes. It was the War, and now this, Finley thought.
"Are you okay, G?" Finley asked. Georgia was a great actress.
"Yes." She replied, not missing a beat. If Finley hadn't known better, he would have thought she was being serious.
"No." Finley corrected her.
"I'm fine, Fin. Now stop moving." She ordered.
It took every ounce in his body not to reach out to touch her. Another time that would have been acceptable, but those times were long gone. Deciding it was best to ignore it, Finley let her finish in silence.
Once the ceremony was finished, Finley and Georgia left for their honeymoon, completely skipping the reception.

Georgia's P.O.V.
Everything seemed to be going so well. John F. Kennedy was the President of the United States, the children were growing up, and I had met him. Finley and Brooklyn come to visit frequently, and I'm thankful for the purity of the relationships. Johnny and Nancy are now 18, both about to graduate from high school. Misha has grown up, and he is 16, but he will be 17 in a few weeks.
I have a date with my new lover tonight! I cannot wait! Did I mention he is a doll? Now I did!
Everything was going great...Or so I thought...
