30 December.
I stayed up until 1 am exercising and I went to bed tired and sweaty and sore.
I've lost 2 pounds since last weighed in.
My friends want me to go inpatient because they think I'm a danger to myself. Shay said she was going to go inpatient too.
I'm really tired.
