I woke up to August sleeping here next to me. When I started to get out of the bed, his eyes shot open.
August: Are you leaving me
Me: Baby I'm not leaving. I told you I wouldn't
August: I really love you. I'm sorry for what I did
Me: You've been telling me this since last night. Baby I know. I love you too
I sat up and he did too.
Me: Baby I'm not going anywhere
August: I just want to make things right so you can trust me again
Me: It's going to be a while before I can trust you again
He looked down and was sadder than a puppy without his toy.
August: Then maybe I just wasted my time. Why are we even here if you can't trust me
Me: You cheated on me. How tf you expect me to just trust you after that
August: You just start to....idk
Me: (scoffs) wow. You know what maybe you're right. You did waste your time. Let me get out of here
August: So you just gon leave me after having sex with me
Me: I'm leaving because I can't do this with you. I'm gonna still be here as your nurse and do whatever you need me to, but as for our relationship.......I think we need time apart
August: Alright
I took my stuff out of the closet and just walked out trying not to cry.

I just lost my girl. I have nothing. There's no reason to get out of this bed. Even if we're just spending time apart, I don't want that. I'm in love with her. She's the one I need. I'm never getting out of this bed again.
