Chapter 17: Expidition

[p.o.v of Clodus]

I had just woken up, I looked to my right and saw that most of my team were sleeping, except for Anton, he was sitting right up in his bed probably having been awake all night. I searched for my flute, I found it lying next to my pressed against my lips and started playing a slower version of I burn.

Anton: "you're not gone make me see illusions again are you?"

I didn't stop playing, I just shaked my head and continued playing. I soon heard another voice singing a long perfectly.

Yang: *in her sleep* "I'm more than meets the eye, you think that you'll brake me. You're gone find in time" *stops singing*

I stopped after that. I really didn't expect Yang to start singing along

Me: "well I didn't knew that Yang was so attached to her song"

Clodus: "me neither. I have heard it a lot on the radio but it's even better when she's actually there"

Me: "agreed. What can you do with that flute if I may ask?"

Clodus: "well, it can make me float but I to focus my aura to stay in the air afterwards. I can heal some wounds that are too big for your aura, but it can't heal a hole in your chest"

I could feel Ruby starting to shake a little bit like she was waking up

Ruby: *wakes up* "aaagh... well it's not often real life is better than my dream"

Me: "Thanks"

I pull her closer to me and bend my wings to come around her body like extra arms

Ruby: "Wow" *puts one of her hands against a wing* "they're so soft" *starts stroking them*

Me: *becomes red on his face "R-r-Ruby stop that...."

Ruby: "why did I hurt you?"

Me: "no just...I, I don't know what happened, but"

Blake: "some Faunus parts of us are really sensitive in certain moods while they feel nothing in other moods"

Ruby: *eyes open* "WOW"

Weiss: "morning team. I'm gone wash myself"

[15 secs later]

Yang: *jumps up from her bed* "GOODMORNING LETS GO TEAM WA.. never mind you guys are up"

???: YOU GOT MAIL

Yang: "wha?" *box hits her head* "oh that"

Ruby: "what is it yang"

Yang: "looks to be something from dad, lets open it shall we?"

Ruby: "uuuh something from home"

Ruby immidiently sprint at yang with incredible speed, but yang saw it coming and kept it out of reach and let the thing inside drop out. It was a dog.... I looked at Watson and saw she was curious

Dog: "waf" *sticks his tongue out*

I heard Weiss coming out of the bedroom and saw 3 girls jumping up, yang and Ruby seemed happy while Blake Grabbed Watson and when on the bunker bed, as far way possible from the dog

Ruby: "ZWEI!"

Weiss: "wait, you mean we got a drooling dog here now to!"

Ruby: "Yea!"

Weiss: "that's.. that's GREAT" *starts petting Zwei* "isn't he cute?"

Blake: *lets go off Watson* "please keep it away from my belongings"

Clodus: "we should hurry and go to the main hall, we're going to shadow a hunter or huntress today"

So we went there 10 mins later, Ruby and I had taken Zwei and Watson with us to make sure they would be alright...okay we just wanted to take them along, and after a short explanation from Ozpin we went and searched for a task we wanted to do.

Ruby: "so what do we want to do guys?"

I saw mountain Glenn and saw a flashback of my own village and felt like we should be going there

Me: "Mountain Glenn, it suffered the same fate as my village. We might find something there"

Yang: "Sounds good to me, enough things to punch!"

Blake: "Sure"

Weiss: "just don't blind me there you two, we will get spotted if you guys do"

Ruby just laughed at what Weiss had said and went to the board and gave our team name to the system, it read not allowed for first years.

Me: "you're kidding!"

Ruby: "any other options?"

Ozpin: "I heard you students talking about mountain Glenn, now I know you want to go there anyway no matter how. So I'll just...so now you're allowed to go to mountain Glenn. Just don't tell Glynda I did this, she'll get mad at me" *walks away again to his office*

Weiss: "I did not see that coming"

Me: "and some other things you didn't either" *laughs*

Weiss: "that was your and Ruby's fault not mine"

Blake: "we should get going, the plane is going in 5 mins"

Clodus: "sounds fair enough"

[at the airplane]

???: we'll folks are you ready to get some monster haunting done? Good! Cause we're in an absolute danger zone, don't take anything with you unless it's absolutely necessary!

Me: "professor?!"

???: "IT'S DOCTER!"
