After school, I was surprisingly stopped by Asano.
"Mei-san, we need to talk." He said solemnly, and something about his tone made my heart drop.
I nodded.
"We'll talk at mine." I declared softly, leading him to my apartment complex.
It confused me on why Asano specifically wanted to speak with me.
Unlocking the door, I was greeted by my cat, Kiki. I owned Kiki for the pure reason that cats reduce stress, and I had a lot on my mind.
"What do you wish to speak about, Asano-kun?" I asked quietly, sitting on the sofa opposite him.
"You, Mei-san." Asano mumbled softly.
My heart just dropped.
