"It's absolute chaos out here. Japanese authorities are scrambling to figure out who's responsible for this. No orginization has claimed responsibility, but if the camera man could follow me over to this space over here."Lisa Lang walks over to the words scorched in the mud."Japanese government has reason to believe the orginization responsible for this attack has some reason to believe The Avengers are here."

In the end,all of you,Avengers,every last one of you, will fall.

I eye Hunter who stands in the doorway."You think Natasha and Bobbi are there?"

"We can't know if we don't look."

"We've already been to Japan and they weren't there."

"Who's to say they haven't moved since then? If they're smart, and if they really want Jonas,they'll move to where he is."

"They don't know if Jonas is even responsible for the attack."

"Who the hell else did it?"He asks throwing his arms up in a theatrical manner."He talks like a medieval bratty prince. He breaths,"He motions toward his mouth."Fire from his trap. He kills because it's fun-who the hell else is it? Loki? Be realistic, Steve. You know better than anyone else, how your girlfriend thinks. If she wants something she's gonna go straight to it-"

"I've got reasons to believe otherwise right now. If she wants Jonas,she wants to be prepared to take him on. She learned rushing in wasn't smart and so now she'll wait it out."

"You guys watchin' the news?"Remy steps behind Hunter,blowing smoke from his nose.

"Yeah."

"Some of us."Hunter grumbles.

"I'm being rational-"

"We've been in France for weeks now, Steve. We've searched every barren crevice of this place. Twice! Either you really love france,or you don't want to leave because of your memories with Natasha here. And if that is the case,you're going to have to suck it up and take it like a man."

I stand from the bed glaring down at Hunter."Don't tell me to do anything ,do you understand me?"

"Cap,let's not get hostile."

"You've been sulking around this damned hotel since we got here. And let's not forget every other place we've been. Remy and I have been busting our asses trying to find Bobbi and Natasha and all you do is sit in the hotel and do what? Nothing! I'm tired of looking for your girl. Hell,Natasha and I barely get along and here I am,working like a dog trying to find her. What use is she to me,huh? She almost got Bobbi killed in Japan,you think I want to be looking for someone who almost got my girlfriend killed?"

"Eh,Hunter you think you takin' things a little too far now-"

"Stay out of it."He hisses.

"If you haven't noticed,I have searched every single city,every aingle nook and crany for Natasha and Bobbi. Just because you don't see me work,I work. And I work like a goddamned slave,you hear me? I work on my own time and by my own rules. If you want Bobbi,look for her. But if you're going to stand here and disrespect Natasha like that you can walk your ass to the airport and get a ticket to Japan by yourself. And if you get killed because your stupid and ignorant, I don't have a damn thing to say."

"Look at you. Standing up for something you've cursed since she left. You're going to sit here and defend her as if you still love her. As if you even still care about her."

"Hunter, man,c'mon you've said enough-"

"Stay out of it."

"Look you son of a bitch. I don't care if Natasha didn't mean a damn thing to me,she is still a human being and so is Bobbi. If we just sat back and watched,how would you feel? Knowing Bobbi is dead because your punk ass sat back and watched from the sidelines?"

"I love Bobbi. You can't even look Natasha in the eye."

I lose it there. I am no longer able to hold my composure. I slam my fist into his jaw and knock him to the ground.

"You don't get to say whether or not I still love someone. That isn't your decision to make."

Remy steps between Hunter and I."This is already ugly an' we don't want things gettin' any uglier than they already are. Can't we put this behind us?"

"No. I'm going to Japan and I'm not coming back."

I clench my jaw.
