Inilagay ko na ang calculator ko sa bag. I really hate accounting because it's draining and hard as hell! Though, have no choice kasi ABM ang strand ko. Di bale na, this is my last year in senior high school konting tiis nalang. A few months left.

"You look so stressed again."

Napanguso nalang ako. KAT is wearing the rose pendant again. I badly want to tell her about sa pakikipag agawan ko sa lalaking yun. Hindi ko lang alam bakit may pumipigil sa'kin, ano ba iyan. Bakit di niya sinabi na may boyfriend na siya? Uso pa ba ang secret on? Hindi ba masyado nang jejemon 'yun?

Gosh, I really have to ask her about this.

"What will you eat? Vy said she'll come later."

Huminga muna ako ng malalim bago nagsalita.

"Kaela Amber," she looked at me a bit shocked and confused at the same time dahil hindi nickname niya ang ginamit ko. "Umamin ka nga, bakit di mo sinabing may boyfriend ka na, ha?"

Mas nagulat pa siya sa sinabi ko at napahawak sa dibdib niya. She froze a bit. Maybe internalizing what I said and suddenly, may namuong ngiti sa labi niya.

"What?"

"Ay, bingi?" She rolled her eyes at me.

"What boyfriend? I didn't know I had one."

Napailing siya sa sinabi ko at inayos ang pagkakahawak sa Gucci niya na namang bag. I am so confused with with her response but I definitely don't buy it. KAT can be sometimes playful, bagay sa kanya ang pangalan niya so I don't know if she's playing with me.

I wasn't able to ask her immediately that night because I was so indenial. I was also waiting for her to tell me herself but ofcourse, she didn't. This is why I am asking her right now for answers. She doesn't really do boyfriends so I am really confused kung sino ba iyon. Although, according to her, hindi naman daw niya boyfriend. Ugh, hindi ko talaga alam.

"Don't play innocent on me. Yung lalaking sumundo sayo? Ano yun hologram? Who was that?"

Ugh. I sound like my brother. She suddenly stopped walking and looked at me. I raised a brow at her tsaka bigla nalang siya tumawa ng malakas. What the heck?

"Omg! I haven't told you pala."

"Kaya nga. You kept it a secret."

"No! I mean, Ly...chill. That was my twin, okay?" she said and laughed.

My brows furrowed at what she said. Twin? Kambal niya yun? What...?

"H'wag mo'kong utuin, Kaela Amber!"

"What? I am not lying and can you please stop saying my full name? It's kind of embarassing."

The look on her face looks like she's telling the truth but is also amused at the same time. I took a deep breath. Damn, really? I looked at her in disbelief.

"F-for real?"

"Yeah! He just got here a few days ago!"

I groaned and I heard her giggle. Kainis naman, hindi ko naman kasi alam diba? Malay ko ba. I actually knew na may kapatid na lalaki si KAT, but ofcourse, I didn't know the face since sa ibang bansa naman ito nag-aaral dati. First time kong ma-meet yun and our first meet wasn't ideal. It was awful! Oh my god.

"Don't worry, I'll introduce you and Violet to him soon. In the meantime, let's eat."

Nangati ang utak ko para lang sa wala. Ano ba iyan! I felt bad pa nung nagka crush ako ng...ilang minuto lang naman, kasi akala ko boyfriend siya ng friend ko. That would be so awkward. Sakto at dumating na si Violet nung nakahanap na kami ng table.
