Chapter 17 - whats wrong with lucy

So an hour ago Danny and Paul left because it got late and now I'm here trying to not cry

Danny doesn't love me no one does

Louise looked at me and I'm pretty sure she knew I was upset so I did the easiest thing I can think of

Lucy: I'm going to bed see ya tomorrow

Louise: ok night

As I walked in and locked my door I broke down in tears

Everyone was right no one will love me

As I lay there trying to fall asleep but failing miserably I hear a ping on my phone

Denneh: good night Lucy and if your already asleep and if it's the morning good morning

I smiled at the thought that Danny cared enough to text me but then I remembered that he doesn't care the way I want him to

A couple of hours I fell asleep dreaming of what me and Danny could be

Danny part

I couldn't fall asleep I just kept thinking of what I said in the car

I mean why did Lucy look hurt when I said friend

I'm nothing special and she's to beautiful to like me

It was late so I texted Lucy a couple of minutes went by and no answer she must be asleep

*next day*

I woke up to a message on my phone hoping it was from Lucy but it wasn't it was from Louise

Lulu: what happened yesterday because Lucy has locked herself in her room

Denneh: idk I mean she looked a little hurt when I said friend but that was 3 hours before she left

Lulu: oh well idk then

Weird

I told Louise I'll come over
