~ First Day Back In Hell ~ (14)

This was it.

The first day of school.

Let me recap everything first, it has been 2 weeks since I've seen my brother but I know he didn't leave because he's texted me a few times but i'm ignoring him.

How could he just disappear like that? It hurt.

You guys remember that night he met my mom? Yeah well, for one, that was 2 weeks ago, Riley left the next day because her dad had to get on a plane early for his job and Shawn left but he'll be back in 3 days (A JOB AS WELL) and  I haven't seen Maxx since :(

The only joy I had to live with was Lucas and my mom. Oh, and my new puppy! Her name is Tiger Lily.

What? I love tigers, and Peter Pan.

But, back to now! Today Is the first day back to school.

I'm now a 10th grader in High School .

I'm kinda afraid.

I don't wanna make new friends, have new teachers, do anything for that matter other than be with the one's I have known for 15 years of my life.

Like c'mon!

I was inside my living room waiting for my mom to find her keys to drive me and Lucas to school.

I look over at Lucas and see he was in deep though too.

''Lucas...''

''Hm?"

I sigh,'' You scared to?"

He frowns and finally looks at me,'' Yeah. Of the boys that're gonna take you away from me.''

I scoff and walk over to him capturing his face in my hands,'' As-freaking-if! The girls will catch your attention quicker than I can show them you're mine.''

I pout and he grins,'' No, because I love you and you're Mine and I'm yours.''

He kisses my forehead and sent tingles down my spine.

''I love you too.'' I whisper as if it was my biggest secret.

Maybe even a bit more....

I intertwine our fingers and then hear my mom walk in before squealing,'' Ah! This'll never get old, baby girl!''

I giggle and tell her to come on after seeing her smile.

Lucas takes my hand in his and whispers,'' We're gonna walk in there showing who belongs to who.''

I grin and nod.

We walk out of the apartment and literally run into josh. He was looking straight ahead until my moms purse hit his arm.

''MHMP! Sorry, ma'am, I---Oh, aye guys!''

My mom laughs as I hold my fist out,'' Sup ma'brotha!'' I smile fist-bumping him as he smiles,'' What-up, ma'sista!''

I laugh and then calm down before asking,'' Where are you off to?"

''To break up with my girlfriend.'' He grins but I saw the hint of hurt in his eyes.

My smile falters,'' Why? What happened with Lexi?"

He grins sadly giving a cold chuckle,'' You were right. She's evil. The devil's daughter. I can't believe it. You....were....right.''

He shoves his hands in his pockets before sniffling and I shake my head,'' If this has to do with said , i'm sorry, really. I was just scared that---''
