You opened your eyes.
"Hey (y/n)." a familiar voice said.
Newt. You knew it was him.
You smiled at him and lucky enough he reciprocates the smile.
"Hi" you said as you stood up, looking at his face.
"How are you (y/n)?" he asked as he gave you a smile. A smile that can make you melt.
"I-I am fine. Yourself?" you said.
You did not notice that you were blushing.
"I'm great. By the way, you look cute when you blush."
As he said the word 'cute', you blushed so hard that it made Newt giggle.
"(y/n), I thi-"
"NEWT!!! I NEED YOU NOW!!" Alby shouted at the blonde boy.
"Looks like Alby needs me. I got to go (y/n). Before dinner. You. Me. At. The. Forest. Okay?"
You did not get what he said but you just nod.
*time skip*

As you walk into the forest, you heard creepy sounds and it made you run.
You ran as fast as a cheetah and you suddenly slipped. But lucky enough Newt caught you.
You blushed.
"(y/n)! What took you so bloody long?" he asked.
"Was I that long?" you stared at his eyes.
"Yes but you're worth waiting for" he winked at you.
You suddenly feel the heat of your face due to blushing.
He sat under a tree, a tall one, and said, "Anyways, sit here." he pointed at the place beside his. And you sat beside him, watching the stars.
"By the way, a while ago? What were you saying?" you looked at him and asked curiously.
"Let me start over." He gave you a huge smile.
"(y/n), I think I love you. No. (y/n), I love you. You're the reason why I can't sleep properly every night. (y/n), what did you do to me?" he said as he cupped your face.
"I-I love y-you too Newt." you cracked a smile and peaked his cheek.
He smiled back and he leaned forward. He kissed you. Newt kissed you.
