After she had gotten home from Brian's, she had taken a good look around her studio apartment. It looked so dull and unoriginal and just plain boring. She thought that it was high time she made the place her own. Cause she wasn't planning on leaving anytime soon.

She had left Brian's house later than she had thought. She was home by dark and it was way past eight o'clock. She took some much needed rest and got to bed. After waking up she threw on some jeans, a plain white tee shirt, a light pink sweater, and black converse. Grabbing her wallet, she headed out the door.

Vincent had sent her starting salary check up before she went to bed with, Bridget, the girl she had seen in the lobby when she had first gotten into the city. She was a young girl of about twenty-two, a year senior to India. She was actually nicer than she had looked too. The blonde was just stuck in a job she didn't want until she made her way through college. India kinda felt bad. Here she was, straight out of the looney bin, and she was on her way to working her dream job. The girl was hardly through her second year of college and sluming as a desk clerk.

After they had talked awhile the girl asked for India's number and that's when she realized she didn't even have one. The phone she had, had when she was younger was long disconnected after her "parents" cut it off.

That's something else India was sure to buy. She had a lot of shopping to do. And the money to do it. When she had seen the six figure number on her check she nearly choked. If this is starting I can't wait to see my actually paycheck, she had thought to herself. Which brought her to the bank. She needed a bank account and a credit card.

"Hello, I'm Dariah, welcome to Warner Bank how may I help you?" The perky teller at,the window asked as India came to a stop in foment if her. She was young, around twenty-eight with coconut brown skin and dark green eyes. She wore a red suit and a white tie.

"Yes, actually, I'd like to open a bank account."

"And the name on that account?" The clerk asked, her manicured fingers positioned over the computer keyboard.

"India-Marie London," India stated.

The clerk typed onto the computer and without looking up asked, "And that amount?"

India got uncomfortable and started to fidget. Looking around uneasily she whispered, "700,000 dollars."

The teller looked up and leaned in closer to hear, her pencil thin eyebrow raised, "Excuse me?"

India took another look around her, and in a louder tone than before said, "$700,000." She made sure to annunciate the number.

"I'm sorry ma'am did you say 700,000?" India looked up at the woman, eyes wide, and she just smirked. India blushed and nodded her head. Dariah typed into the computer for a moment and then reached out her hand. India only guessing she was asking for the money pulled out her check. She typed into the computer, looking from the check to the board. After a while she asked "Are you applying for a credit card today ma'am?" With a quick "yes" from India, Dariah began typing again. "And would you like a check book?" Another "yes."

After more typing on the Dariah's part, she walked away and came back with forms and papers in her hand. Handing them to India she said, "Take these and go right over there to fill them out and bring them." She pointed to an area off to the side of the desks and India nodded. Looking back to the woman India smiled. Dariah returned the offer with a wide toothy grin. Walking away India couldn't help but think, I couldn't help but smile like that if I made as much money as her either. Maybe I should work here instead.
