Belle

Even though the boy in front of me was drunk and had the smallest bit of slobber in the corner of his lips he still looked perfect. He still made my heart race and my stomach flip frantically. I couldn’t stop smiling. Before I could even say anything his long arms wrapped around me, crushing me slightly.

“I’M SO HAPPY TO SEE YOU!” he shouted making me giggle shyly.

“Williams you’re gonna suffocate me in a minute!” I replied still giggling to myself.

Once he had finally let go of me he stumbled into his house with me trailing behind and we sat on one of the plush sofas in his cream lounge. This had been the lounge that Melissa and me used to make dens in when we were younger. We would always use the duvet from out of her room and loads of blankets to make it really snug. Travis used to always come and pull our dens apart at stupid times in the morning though. It used to really bug Melissa but I didn’t mind it. I found it quite funny actually.

“Would youuuu-like a-drink?” he slurred waving his bottle in my face. Still laughing I took the bottle out of his hands and put it onto the glass coffee table.

“No thanks.” I replied nervously.

“Come on princess Belle. Live a little!” he exclaimed still slurring his words. I began to blush at what he had just called me. You see my name is short for Annabelle and my favourite Disney princess was always Belle. That’s why I got everyone to shorten my name. It made me feel special. He was one of the only people that knew this though so the fact that he remembered something so stupid made the butterflies in my stomach intensify.

“I’m not a princess silly!” I said laughing at him.

“Well…” he said moving closer towards me so that his body was slightly leaning against mine. This touch sent electric currents through my body. “You’re my princess.” He whispered huskily in my ear making me grin like an idiot. Before I could say anything in return his head crashed onto my shoulder and I could hear the muffled sound of snoring as his face was softly pressed into the crook of my neck. My body was on fire with the contact.

Did he just say that I was his princess? Wow!

Belle come on he’s just drunk it meant nothing.

Slowly moving from underneath him I moved his head onto one of the sofa cushions and pulled a thin blanket on top of him. He really did look adorable when he slept. His face looked peacefully and he had a small smile on his face. His face really was addictive to look at. I instinctively bent down and slowly pecked my lips against his tanned forehead, instantly regretting it.

Wow Belle you really are a loser.

Sighing I turned off the loud music and picked up his empty bottle and a few beer cans that were scattered around the room. I began walking into the kitchen to get rid of his evidence and look for headache tablets.

Travis

Waking up on my white leather sofa with a blanket placed neatly over me, my head was thumping in pain I was confused. On the coffee table was a glass of water and two headache tablets.

What exactly has happened? That’s when I notice a small piece of paper tucked just underneath the glass.

You’re Welcome! Princess B x ‘

Everything started flooding back to me and I began to groan.

Well done Travis she probably thinks you’re a pussy now. Way to go for humiliating yourself.
