Kid: Mom, look on the chalkboard it says Mediterranean Cuisine, Japanese Cuisine, Korean Cuisine, and American Cuisine.
Mom: Oh yes, son it specifies an cuisine. Cuisine is like a food of a certain place. It simply says that certain food belongs there.
Son: Oh so, plain rice is a cuisine! Wow what are the types of plain rice.

Mom: No, no, it isn't. Uhhhh...
