I watch as everyone starts flailing like aimless oafs, panicking over Elly.

I simply watch, alongside Malachi, the one I'm beginning to think has either too big of a brain or none at all.

"Shh," I tell him. "If they ask, say I went back to the waiting room because I felt faint or whatever."

Silently sneaking out, I walk out of the hospital. Nobody tries to stop me.

Stupid security people.

Once I reach a part of town, I start running. Not necessarily running from anyone or anything, just running for the sake of running. It's a way to clear my thoughts, or what was left of them. I slow myself down and look at my reflection through an office building.

"What..." I falter. "What happened to you?" I ask it.

As I watch, Moriarty comes up behind me.

"Two things." He says. "Either you get murdered, or you die on accident."

I turn around to face him.

"Sir," I tell him, "you were wrong, and so was I. Teach me everything you know."

With a smirk, he takes my arm, and we go back to the abandoned school in South London.
