I critique many many works who do everything in this list and then some, and usually the entire critique is just about all of their errors and only have a sentence or two about the actual story in the chapter. If you do anything listed in this book, don't ask for a critique. However, if you don't do any of this, or you have fixed what you have done wrong then post your story below and I may just take a look.
