You stirred awake as a warm body slumped onto yours, arm unceremoniously draping across your stomach.
"'Trick," You whispered, desperately trying not to wake the others.
No response.
You whisper-yelled a tad louder, "Patrick..."
No response.
You carefully turned in his embrace to face him. His eyes are shut, eyelashes kissing the tops of his cheeks. You can't help but think how beautiful he really is. You placed your hands on his chest, feeling it slowly rise and fall as he breathed almost silently.
"Pa-trick..." You said once again, your voice gaining a sing-songy lilt to it.
You nuzzled your face into the side of his neck, warm breath fanning over his shoulder. You took a moment to delight in the feeling of his warmth before placing a small kiss just below his ear. When you pulled away to face him again, his eyes were now open and a shadow of a smile played on his lips.
"Good Morning," You breathed, smiling at him.
"Good Morning," he simpered, putting a coquettish emphasis on his words.
He placed his hand on your back, pulling you even closer to him. You, again, noticed the smattering of freckles that dance across his cheeks and brought your face closer to his. He took the hint and leaned in-
A sudden banging on the wood above your bed popped the bubble of solitude the two of you resided in, almost causing you to jump apart from the sheer surprise of it.
"Yo, guys! Wake up in there we gotta get going!" Pete's voice rang out.
You sighed, unhappy to be leaving your little 6' by 3' bunk of paradise. You patted Patrick's chest as he looked at you with a twinge of disappointment before you flopped out from under the curtain and onto the floor.
"Hey, sleepyhead," Pete smirked, holding out a hand to help you up.
You took it, jumping onto your feet just as Patrick pulled back the curtain and got out of bed.
"We'll be waiting outside..." Pete turned on his heels.
"We're leaving you here if you're not ready in 10 minutes!" He yelled before stepping out the door.
You sighed before lunging for your bag, rifling through the various shirts you had amassed throughout the past couple of months. Patrick ran to grab his own clothes after he realized what you were doing. You grabbed a short and t-shirt combo from the middle of your bag before bolting towards the tour bus cubicle.
"I call bathroom!" You yelled as you skid to a stop in front of it.
"Come on," Patrick groaned, clothes already in hand.
"Hey, you snooze you lose, Pattycakes..." You smirked before sliding the door closed.
"I hate you!" You hear his muffled voice yell through the door.
Smiling, you yell back, "No, you don't!"
You quickly pulled on your clothes and cleaned the sleep off your face before throwing on a little makeup. It only took a few minutes before you threw open the bathroom door.
"Go, go, go!" You chanted, backing out of the stall.
Patrick scuttled in quickly, grumbling frustratedly while clutching his clothes in his arms.
You grabbed your shoes from near the door, sliding into the love seat to tug them on. Standing up and brushing yourself off, you saw Patrick stumbled out of the sliding door.
