The planet not yet could be called "earth" because the planet it consisted just from gases, then Arceus created the giant Groudon, he with his amazing powers created a layer of lava that pushed the gases to the sky.
With the pass of time the lava was transformed in to earth's crust, the earth was a huge desert of sand, ground and rocks.
In the planet only existed the ground and the sky, Groudon and Rayquaza.
