Chapter 10: Surprise Visit

Y/n's POV:

"We are in Arizona!" I scream into Zander's ear.

"And this is important because?" He mocks.

"I get to see Brendon again!" I just can't contain my excitement, and it seems to be very noticeable. While, yes, I will be away from Andy for a while, he swore to me  he could call me everyday until we see each other next in Wyoming, which will be about half a month. 

Once the trailers stop, I run out and search for Brendon, and see him talking to someone. I pull out my camera and record, "Hey lovies, so I'm back at making video's, after taking a week off, but here is a raw video. As you know, I haven't seen Brendon in a month, so I'm going to surprise him, with all of you coming along!" I say this all in a hushed tone, and sneak up to Brendon, and give him a tackle hug.

"Hi (Y/n)," Brendon say while hugging me.

"Hi Brendon!"

"Want to do something today, I don't have a concert until tomorrow," I nod with a big grin on my face. I shut down my camera and follow Brendon to a car like a lost puppy.

I get promised a surprise at the place we are going, and I can't help but bounce like a child, until he gives me a hat and sun glasses since we are going out in public. "I feel so special, having to hide my identity and all." I get a laugh,

"It's annoying that's what it is. Having to change your appearance because fans may harass you, but you get used to it." He sighs.

"Does it really get that bad?"

"Sometimes, and it feels weird, not being a normal person, but being someone held highly. It has its perks and it has its downfalls. One thing I love is being with the fans, or meeting you. Without me being in a band, I wouldn't have met you, but you never know."

"I always saw it as being held highly because people appreciate you, and that's something not a lot of people feel, so to be famous is to be cared about, in some ways." By the end of my sentence, we were arrived at the destination. It was a mall, pride and true. Brendon ever so curiously opened my door and led the way.

"So, what's been happening with you and Sarah?" I question.

"She came out to visit me once and we try and talk every day, but for the most part, I'm just happy to be with her and happy that I am able to make her smile." Brendon just starts gushing over Sarah, and I just giggle at his antics, "But how are you and Andy after you two hit it off?"

"After I forced him to meet my friend Jay, we ended up getting very close since I kept having anxiety attacks. He would tend to read to me and sing, or we'd write songs together. He even took me to a state fair and ended up winning me a bunch of stuffed animals that now are happy in the bus. I miss him a lot, but as long as I hear his voice, I know that he'll be with me. Plus, we are both very childish and tended to get into nerf gun fights or water fights, I was almost late to a concert because of our childish behavior, though it ended up being fun hugging fans while being soaking wet. Being a new couple is tough, especially with it spreading over social media so fast that we don't get much privacy. In the end, I'm just happy to have someone. I haven't really had many people who actually love me, I tend to just get used."

"(Y/n), I-I'm so sorry. But I'm really happy you two are head over heals for each other. You have a cute relationship, and I'm glad to be the big brother in the middle of it. Oh, and here we are! The home of all emo's and scenesters. Hot topic!" He opens his arms as if showing me the out doors for the first time.

"Gee, I love the surprise and all, but I didn't bring my money..." I get silent, I hate asking people for money.

"I'll pay for you, but if you pay me back, I won't hold anything over your head. Except when I'm standing, you're way to small."
