"Over here, Felix," Turbo said, pointing towards an open area with broken kart parts, "I have an idea!"
Felix looked a little puzzled as he followed his friend, "Are you sure about this? I don't think scrapped parts are gonna help much."
The racer pulled out a torn-up, tan-colored blanket from the piles of abandoned karts, "I wasn't planning on using any of the parts, silly; I was gonna use this."
He tossed it over him, covering his entire body but the tips of his shoes, "Here's the plan; I put this over me, and you can guide me over to your game from here. Nobody would suspect a thing!"
Felix rubbed his hand on his other arm, "I'm not too sure about that, Turbo. You really don't think anyone would get suspicious?"
Turbo chuckled, "Please, Felix, of course it's gonna work. A lot of weird things happen in Game Central Station. It's fine."
The handyman sighed, "Alright, then. I'll trust you with this one. Let's go."
He walked behind his friend, guiding him with his hands as the two made it out of the game into Game Central Station. Much to Felix's surprise, nobody said a word about them.
That was until they almost made it into Fix it Felix Jr, as the two ran into Ralph, who just exited the game.
"Oh, hey Felix," the giant said in a friendly tone, "Weren't you going to talk to Mario?"
The two internally panicked. Neither of them could reveal to Ralph what was really going on.
"Um...yeah, actually," Felix hesitated, "This is just, um, a new therapy trick we were trying."
Ralph gave him a look of suspicion. He knew Felix had something fishy going on, but he wanted to play along to see what exactly was up his sleeve.
He put his hands on his hips, "Really? Well, how does it work?"
A few sweat drops started to bead on Felix's head, "Well, um, it's quite simple, actually. You see, I put this sheet over Mario's head, and I just, err, kinda guide him around. It...uh....h-helps him heighten his other senses."
Ralph tilted his head, "Neat. So, how's that working out for ya, Mario?"
The two almost jumped. Turbo would have to do a spot-on Mario impression in order to get out of this one.
Turbo hesitated before Felix elbowed him to talk. "I...I feel-a great-a!" he hesitated in a sketchy Mario impression, "This is-a really helping-a me with-a my problems! I'm-a starting to feel-a better already!"
Ralph squinted his eyes a little. He recognized that voice from somewhere, but he just couldn't put his finger on it.
Suddenly, he noticed the white shoe tips sticking out from under the blanket, "Huh, I didn't know Mario was wearing white shoes now."
Felix started to shake a little, "Yeah, about that, those are....um....part of that new white vans thing going around. You know, the one with Daniel? He's back at it again with the white vans! Heh..."
Ralph looked up behind his colleague, noting Mario and Luigi talking to Pac Man in the distance.
"Say," he said, pointing to the faraway conversation, "If this is Mario, then who's that over there?"
Felix's eyes widened as he turned to see the actual Mario. He was completely screwed over now.
"I...Uh...ooh.....um..." he mumbled, trying desperately in vain to come up with something that made sense, "...Luigi?"
Ralph gave him a stern look, "Okay, enough games, what's actually going on here, Felix. Is there something you're trying to hide from me?"
Felix looked around him in a hesitant manner, "...No...It's just-"
Ralph pointed at the covered racer, "Who's really under here, Felix?"
The builder started to sweat, "Uh...nothing...nothing of importance."
The giant antagonist shot a puff of air from his nose, "Oh, nothing of importance, huh? Well then, I'm sure you won't mind me taking off this blanket then, would you?"
"Ralph, no! WAIT-"Felix shouted, but was cut off by Ralph ripping off the sheet, revealing Turbo to everyone in Game Central.
"AHAH!!" Ralph yelled triumphantly, pointing to Turbo. Then, he stopped to realize who he was pointing at. He didn't know who to expect, but Turbo was definitely last on that list of expectations.
Ralph's eyes widened as his smile died down, "...No way........A-am I crazy, or is this Turbo that I'm pointing at right now?"
Some characters overheard Ralph, as they stopped in their tracks to see what was going on.
"Um...hi?" the racer hesitated, giving a small wave to the people looking at him.
Felix felt incredibly guilty as he looked at the crowd and back at his taller colleague, "Ralph, please, I-I can explain-"
"Uh, sir?" Hatsune Miku asked from the crowd, giving a worried expression, "Di-did you say that was Turbo standing there?"
Turbo turned to her, giving a sarcastic look, "What? Nobody's ever bothered to describe what I look like?"
Everyone around gasped in horror, as the crowd started to grow around them.
The Surge Protector walked through the crowd, "Okay, what's going on – oh my god."
Ralph gave Felix an angry look as everyone stared at the three characters, waiting for some sort of response, "You've got a lot of explaining to do, mister."
