Felix sat on his bed, looking down at the floor. What was he doing? At one moment he was just minding his own business, and next thing you know, he's getting the entirety of Game Central Station to decide on what to do with an old friend that he had presumed dead for almost thirty years. Never in his life has he had so much weight to carry on his shoulders. What if everyone did decide to kill Turbo off? Even if they didn't, where would he go? After his supposed reformation, he doesn't have a game to go to. He could stay in the penthouse, but there wouldn't be anything for him to do. He couldn't race, win trophies, or do anything he used to do back in TurboTime. He couldn't go back to Sugar Rush, because nobody would trust that he wouldn't just reprogram himself back into the game; and the same would go for any other racing game in the arcade. How was he going to make his friend feel better if he had pretty much no purpose at all?

He sighed, looking up at the wall. What was one to do in this situation?

Suddenly, someone was at the window. It was Ralph, grabbing onto the side of the building, who tried opening the window only to break it instead, much to the handyman's dismay.

"I – oh...uh," the giant hesitated, "...sorry about that, Felix."

"Ralph!" Felix said, annoyed at the broken window, "What was that for? Wh-what are you doing here?"

Ralph poked his head into the room, "Well, I was gonna try to talk to you about your current situation; I mean, if you don't mind, that is. Again, sorry about the window."

The game's protagonist sighed, "Sure, I guess. I could use someone to talk to about this, because I'm just clueless at this point."

His colleague smiled awkwardly, pointing at the wall in front of him, "You mind if I break this?"

Felix gave an annoyed sigh, "Go ahead."

Ralph busted the wall into the room, leaving a Ralph-sized hole.

He sat on the floor, "So, where are you running short of ideas?"

Felix looked up, "I just don't know what to do at all, Ralph. I mean, what are we gonna do with Turbo? If we kill him, we'll just be taking any chance of redemption away from him against his own will, but if we keep him alive, where is he gonna go? He doesn't have his own game, nobody trusts him; it's a lose-lose whatever option you choose. What am I going to do?"

Ralph sighed, "I'm not too certain either if I'm being honest. I mean, this is a tough decision to make, especially for you."

He looked at his friend, who was staring back down at the ground on the verge of tears. While he didn't have any sympathy for Turbo, he knew that he couldn't stand to see him executed in front of Felix in a brutal fashion. It would feel justified....yet so wrong all at the same time.

"Look," he said, "I'd suggest talking to him first. I know that he doesn't have much to do afterwards, but I think it would be much better for you if you did that first."

Felix looked up, "You really think so, Ralph? I mean, what if I can't turn him around? What do I do then?"

Ralph walked over and put his giant hand on his friend's shoulder, "I know you'll be able to turn him around. Heck, you're probably the most eligible person in the arcade to do so! Plus, I know how long it's been since you've seen him last, and I think that would be a breath of fresh air for you, don't ya think?"

The protagonist nodded his head "Yeah, Ralph, I guess you're right. Turbo really needs my help, anyway, so that would probably be the best solution now that I think about it. Thanks, Ralph."

The giant smiled, patting his friend's back, "Anything I can do for a friend."

Ralph started climbing back down the wall, "Well, see you around! Let me know how it all turns out, okay?"

"Alright, I will." Felix responded, waving his hand.

The wrecker peeked his head back into the hole to say one more thing, "Hey, Felix, you are more than welcome to come talk to me if you need help with anything. Just wanted to let you know."

The handyman nodded and smiled as Ralph continued to climb down the wall, leaving him to fix the gaping hole in his bedroom wall.

Felix thought to himself as he used his hammer to fix the broken wall and window. Maybe Ralph was right – Turbo just needed a good talk with an old friend.
