Why cant we be normal

Clara POV
       I was sleeping then wake up to the sound of screaming I go see who it is I leave the tent and I see Emily outside and it's was Mya we went towards the tent she kept saying "let it be a dream" me and Emily shock her until she woke up it was 2:37am then we woke her up "are you okay" Emily said "yea I'm fine"
"Are you sure" I said "yea I'm totally fine" Mya said then we left the tent "she is not okay why would she be yelling 'let this be a dream' in her sleep" Emily said

"I don't know but you know Demi-gods don't just have a nice peaceful dream like normal people we have nightmares so maybe it was just a nightmare we will ask her in the morning and she is also new to this Demi-God thing okay let's give her sometime and we will talk about it in the morning okay let's just go to sleep" I said then I walked back to my tent until I felt an arm pulling me then when they stopped pulling I realized I was in a tent with Jake "Jake are you stupid wait why am I asking a question I already know" I said "I was wondering is everything okay with Mya" Jake said "yes everything is okay with Mya she just had a nightmare" I said "oh okay" he said and as I was about to leave he said
"there is a lake near here meet me at 4:30 there today" "okay" I said then I left to go to my tent and I lie down in my sleeping bag and blankets and pillow what did Mya mean when she said 'let this be a dream' I kept thinking about that for a while and I feel asleep.

Emily POV
        I wake up IN THE MORNING then I realized I haven't iris-message Ricky in days so I decided to iris-message him a image of him appeared "hi Ricky I am so sorry I haven't called you in a few days-" I said

"It's okay Emily cousin holly is here so I'm fine I have someone to talk to"

"So how is it going with you and Isabel have you told her yet"

"I haven't I think I will wait to tell her I like her and plus we are 8 her crush with Tyler might be a silly crush" he said I love seeing my brother happy

"So when are you coming back Emily" he said

"Pretty soon buddy, pretty soon," I said
"Hey would you like it if I brought you something from our trip" I said

"Yea that would be awesome I need to go eat breakfast tell Maxie I said hi"

"Okay I will Ricky bye" I said I waved my hand through the iris message and he disappeared I left my tent I went into the woods with my sword(obviously) then I took a nice walk through the woods

Time skip to when she comes back
When I came back there was nothing I saw no tents everything was ash then I see a sacred looking curly haired elf standing there I walked closer and closer with a angry look on my face I summoned skeletons and the skeletons grabbed him so he wouldn't run I grabbed him by his collar the skeletons are still grabbing his arms "what did you do" I said angrily "I...um...ah..uh..." He stuttered "I was gone for 5 minutes and you burn everything down" I said angrily still "I was just putting on a fire I think I lost control when I was making the fire with my hand" he said "let him go" I said to the skeletons and the skeletons went back into the ground "weres Clara" I said "she went with Max and Mya find clothes" he said I hear something in the woods when I turn around is Clara,Max,and Mya "who did this" Clara said I pointed at Jake and he waved and smiled nervously I think he knew his girlfriend was going to kill him "wait that my tent had my map in it now we won't know where we are going oh my gods" Clara said Max just stood there looking at the pile of ash Mya I don't know what she is doing Clara sat on the ground and she started mumbling things gods why can't we be normal.
