Observing interactions of strangers passing by,
Causing me to contemplate the intricacy and meaning of our lives.
In this multitude of people, all are just as confused as I?
For what purpose are we born, only to shortly die?
A test from God is this I ponder? Perpetually on this I dwell.
Will the life I lead send me to the Golden Streets, or shall I visit Hell?
Should this even trouble me? Should I live life for all it's worth?
For the end may just consist of a coffin topped with earth?
I fear the answer will elude me until I rest eternally.
But until the day Death comes my way I shall ponder persistently.
