idk its just a random tutorial that i thought would be cool for some people to do.

Step 1:
upload the picture of your celebrity for both the foreground and background. (if i were you, i would use a b&w photo. i think that the ones that already come in color kind or ruin the thing. you could make it b&w, so nevermind haha)

Step 2:go to 'filter' and click 'background'

Step 2:
go to 'filter' and click 'background'. go to the option that has three circles, as seen in the picture below. make 'cyan' go all the way to the right, and make the other two, 'magenta' and 'yellow', all the way to the left.

Step 3:then click 'foreground' and basically do the exact opposite of what you did to the background

Step 4:
now go to the 'transform' tab. click the little cross arrow thing that's next to the settings tab. that will make the picture be the exact same size as your background. click the settings up on the right hand corner. click 'screen', and you'll see that the colors change. don't worry about it, that's how it's supposed to be.

Step 5:now, exit out of the little filters thing and move the foreground slightly to the right

Step 5:
now, exit out of the little filters thing and move the foreground slightly to the right. now you see that the picture is slightly glitchy. then you can go to phonto and type in whatever you want!

Step 6 (optional):if you don't like the red and blue glitch thing, then that's okay

Step 6 (optional):
if you don't like the red and blue glitch thing, then that's okay. still do the exact same thing that i did up there ^. but before you move on to step 4, go to the triangle option in the filter section. go to saturation and move it all the way to the left. that'll make both pictures black & white

and that's it! i really like using this for covers, i like glitches and stuff like that haha:)
