hey guys! I am so sorry I haven't updated in a while, school started and it's so stressful :/ BY THE WAY THANK YOU FOR 50K+ READS!! I LIVE YOU GUYS SO MUCH:))

Step 1:
first, but the picture of your celeb as your background and the snapchat filter of your choice as your foreground. for the background, you should have already edited what you wanted and all of that. I just used a regular picture that didn't need any editing.

Step 2:
click the transform tab and start positioning the filter where you want it to go. after you've put it where you think it looks best, you can save and add a title!!
