a/n Okay, so this is part two for the Crowley imagine. I only did it in two parts because it was so long! Anyway, I hope you like it! ~ Niamh

You laid low for obvious reasons. You doubted any of the hunters would be happy to see you in your state. That's where it got complicated. You couldn't talk to any of your old contacts or friends, you had no one to go to. You remembered that you had hidden a stash of fake IDs and a couple hundred dollars in an old hideout in your home town. You used to live in Kansas and you knew it was a big risk going back there, but you had to get your supplies otherwise you wouldn't last a day.

As you had hoped, no one recognised you in Leawood. It occurred to you that time would have passed differently for these people. Meandering down an empty, dark street, you paused at a particularly familiar house. It had a plain white door and wasn't exactly eye-catching, but you were drawn to it. You knew it was wrong, it was dangerous, but you just had to check that your family- what was left of it- was okay. You approached the front porch, apprehensively. Peering through the window, you saw two figures sat in the front room. One was minuscule, the other slender and graceful. Tears collected at the corners of your eyes as you wished to knock on the door and be reunited with your mother and young sister. You almost did, but managed to refrain from lifting your hand any further. It wouldn't be fair on them. You disappeared. They probably thought you were dead, you couldn't just suddenly turn up again. Noticing how young your sister still looked, you estimated that you couldn't have been gone for more than half a year. She had changed, but not so much that she was beyond recognition. That gave you an idea. Heading for the hideout, you stopped at a small boutique on the high street. You entered and picked out a couple of new outfits. You also grabbed a pair of scissors. Standing in line, you realised that you wouldn't have enough money for it all. The lady in front of you was fiddling with her purse, when her credit card caught your attention. You pretended to be studying a piece of jewellery on a stand near her, when you 'accidentally' knocked it over and bumped into her, resulting in the entire contents of her purse landing on the floor. You apologised and bent down to help her pick up her belongings. Without her seeing, you nicked the credit card off the floor and slipped it into your pocket. You got back up and smiled at her in a friendly manner. The guy behind the counter called for the next customer to come forward, which was her. Luckily she was paying by cash, so she didn't notice her credit card was missing. When they called for the next person, you laid all of the stuff on the counter and waited while the guy scanned it all. Then, you swiped the card through the machine and took the bag that the guy had put all of the stuff into. You realised as you walked out, that the lady whom you had taken the credit card from was outside the shop, looking around frantically. Feeling slightly guilty, you took the card out of your pocket and walked up to her. "I think you left this back there. Sorry again for being so clumsy." You half-smiled. A look of relief washed over her face as you handed her the card. She smiled at waved it off, thanking you for returning her card. You walked away, regretting the fact that you gave it back. It could have been useful. Stupid emotions. You're human side was fighting it's way back, and you weren't sure whether to welcome it, or hide it.

Finally reaching the hideout, you kicked the rusty door down and coughed as dust rolled through the air towards your face. Carefully, you stepped over all the old bits of scrap metal and rubble on the ground, until you found a small cabinet that had a padlock on it. You didn't need a key, you could just crush the padlock, so you pulled it off and opened the door. There, sat a small tin. You slid the lid off and lifted the contents out. Just as you left it. Three lots of drivers-licenses, three lots of passports, three lots of credit-cards, and a couple of FBI/CIA badges- all fake. As well, over four-hundred dollars. This would help you get by, for a while at least. Changing clothes, and using the scissors to give yourself a haircut, you prepare yourself for your next adventure.
