"I'll be back," I said to the guys and left.
"Hey," I said catching up to Amber.
"Hi," she said.
"You left this in class yesterday," I said.
Her eyes widened as she saw the journal.
"Oh. Thank you," she said.
"I didn't read it," I lied.
"Oh thank God," she said to herself but I heard her.
She was about to leave when I stopped her. She looked at me confused but I knew what I was doing. I moved her hair out of the way.
"Amber, who did this?" I asked.
Just because it was a bit windy today I was able to see it.
"Nobody. I have to go," she said and left.
I already have an idea but it should be confirmed before anything is done.
