The DNA is in a double helix structure, which means the two strands of DNA are coiled together in a spiral shape. The two strands are held together by weak hydrogen bonds. Those two strands are made out of bases. There are four bases, which are:
•Adenine
•Thymine
•Guanine
•Cytosine
However these bases pair up, so Adenine is paired up with thymine and guanine is paired up with Cytosine.
