As Yasmine's wings blinked in and out, she started to grow frantic. She started to shake her head over and over, looking back at Trayvon.
"I'm......I'm dying!" Yasmine panted as she looked around. "This....this can't happen!"
"Whatchu mean? That's good!" Trayvon smiled. "You ain't gotta worry about injections no more!"
"But my sister! My mother..." Yasmine panted as she raced up the stairs. "I have to fix this.."
"Wait hold on, Yas!" Trayvon chanted, racing behind her.
Right when Yasmine was preparing to walk inside Jesus's home, he was already standing at the door. She stopped and gave him a stunned look as he folded his arms and gave her a stern one. Yasmine looked at her blinking wings, then looked at Jesus.
"Help, I-"
"You've taken more medicine, haven't you?" Jesus asked in a strict tone.
"Yes, but it was only to help Benji." Yasmine sighed. "He really needed me. I'm sorry."
Jesus looked away, then shook his head as he glanced back at Yasmine.
"You know that I should punish you for this suicidal and deviant act, right young one?" Jesus asked in a disappointed tone.
"Yeah.." Yasmine groaned as she looked down.
"But since you helped Benji, I decided to give you a reward for your good deed." Jesus smiled.
"Really?" Yasmine smiled as Trayvon walked next to her.
"I've decided to allow you to spend the rest of this day with your friends without harm." Jesus said in a serious tone. "But this MUST be your last day of coming here."
Yasmine's mouth dropped as she looked at Trayvon, then looked back at Jesus.
"You mean, I can't come back and visit anymore?" Yasmine stuttered as she looked at him.
"No. You can only come here when I decide that it's time for you to come." Jesus said in a serious tone. "If you inject yourself once more after today, you will automatically perish and be forced to burn in hell for eternity. Is this a deal?"
Yasmine was sad at the fact that she couldn't see her friends anymore after today, but it was a wonderful deal. She glanced down, then looked back up at him.
"It's a deal." Yasmine smiled.
"Alright. I'll set a timer for you for 24 hours in heaven time." Jesus smiled. "Go on and have fun, young one."
As Jesus snapped Yasmine and Trayvon out of the chapel, they both stood outside in the dark. The rain wasn't pouring anymore. It was drizzling. As they stood outside, Trayvon glanced at Yasmine and took a deep breath.
"So, what do you wanna do before you leave?" Trayvon sighed. "We got 23 hours and 58 minutes left?"
Yasmine grinned, and looked back at Trayvon.
"Let's get some good sleep and wait for everyone to wake up." Yasmine smiled. "I have something pretty good in mind."
Yasmine and Trayvon went separate ways, making their way into their own homes to get some shut eye.
The next day, Yasmine planned to go out with a bang.
When Yasmine and the boys met up early the next day, Trayvon was forced to tell the boys what happened to Benji. At first, they didn't believe what had happened. But when Trayvon told them what Jesus said, the boys took his word seriously. They all sat around, smoking blunts to calm themselves down. Victor covered the top of his forehead, sighing in a depressed form.
