Laurences pov:
"N..Nicole it's not what it looks like" I blurted out
"Yeah sure anyway Laurence there's people at the orphanage willing to adopt you and I've already checked there not homophobic." Nicole explained
"That's good then" Garroth flashed me a smile as I walked with Nicole towards the orphanage they were stood there.
"Hi are you the Laurnce we've heard so much about" they asked
"..." I was too afraid to say anything but Nicole nodded for me
"Well let's go get the papers signed and you can come to your new home"
"Not without Cadenza" I finally piped up
"Whose this Cadenza"
"My sister" I said
"Laurence before we came here Cadenza got adopted to a nice women called hyria and we didn't want to tell you" Nicole explained
My heart smashed again I felt like fainting.
"Come on then Laurence let's get these papers signed then."
I nodded tears in my eyes as they drove me to there house it was a big house quite close to my school I got out the car and grabbed my things and was showed to my room I unpacked and then led on my bed crying because if Cadenza had to move schools I'd be gutted.
"Laurence someone's at the door to see you says his names Garroth" the women shouted upstairs
I walked down the stairs and seen garroth's smiling face and then there was me the shadow with no real family.
Garroth's pov:
Laurence walked down the stairs I couldn't help but smile at him but his face was different it look as if he'd been crying.
"Garroth she's gone," Laurence said hugging me
"Shh it's alright" I said kissing his head
"I won't ever see her again what if she moves school what if she lives far away in the middle of no where and what if the lady that adopted hers not nice what if she's a shadow knight."
"Your over thinking things she'll be fine I know Hyria she lives quite close actually she lives a few houses away from mine" I explained
"Oh my Irene, that's amazing" his eyes sparkled
"So who is this laurence" his adopted mother said
"This is Garroth he's my boy....friend" he hesitated

"Yeah I'm not the only one Zane asked out zenix I think but zenix said no" I explained

I walk home and see zane.
"Hello Garroth, how was your visit with Laurence."
