Jack's POV
I sit in my dad's car as he drives me to the studio. My mother thought it was a good idea to put me into dance when I was younger. Sure at first I hated it, but I soon enjoyed it. I'm really only here to do partner dancing. Which is a lot of fun.
Dad pulls up to the door and hands me money for food. I grab my stuff and the money. When I shut the door he drives off and I go inside. Yes, this is very typical for a gay guy to be in dance, but it's my hobby so fuck your stereotype. Anyways my partner Molly waves at me with a smile and I give one back. She walks with me to the dressing room, which she has to wait outside of.
"So how's your plan of winning Mark's affection going," she asks.

"Not good."

"How so? Did you chicken out or something?"

"No, he likes someone else and their going to Homecoming together."

"I'm sorry Sean."

"It's fine. He seems really happy about it so that's what matters and I need to get over him," I say walking out in black shorts and white shirt.
Molly nods and we walk to the classroom for our duet. I'm so glad that Molly is my partner for our duet and guy girl. She's way better than some of the girls here. We walk through the door to the room and close it behind us. Our instructor is playing music moving her feet around as it plays.
"Alright let's get going guys."
***
It's 7:30 when both classes get over. Ma pulls up to the front door and I go and get in the car. As she drives me home I play around on my phone.
Markimoo: Hey!

Jack: What's up

Markimoo: So I need your help with something

Jack: Sure what is it

Markimoo: So I don't know how to dance and I need help. You are trained in this stuff so I was just thinking that you would help me

Jack: of course! I'll come over tomorrow and teach you and eat your food

Markimoo: thank you so much!

Jack: no problem
I smile and turn off my phone. Ma turns on the radio and I sit back looking out the window.

Filler chapter. Sorry it is so short, but idk I feel like this is a good place to stop this chapter.
