He was the big spoon and you were the little spoon with his arms wrapped around you.

Steve Rogers•

Steve wrapped his his arms around protectively and kissed the top of your head while you put your head on his chest

Bucky Barnes•

Bucky slept on top of you and you stroked his head until both of you feel asleep because it keeps his nightmares away.

Clint Barton•

You never stayed in one position as you slept but you always had some sort of contact.

Loki Laufyson•

You slept facing each other so when you first woke up you would see each other. Loki put his arm over your head and petted your head until you fell asleep.

Thor Odinson•

You slept on top of Thor. Your head rested on his chest and his both his hands rested on your back.

Bruce slept with his head on your shoulder and your head on his chest. He waited for you to go to sleep and then went to sleep with a smile on his face

Pietro Maximoff•

You lied down and Pietro put his head on your chest and nuzzled his head into your neck. (Pretend the dog is Pietro. I can kind of seeing that actually be him)
