Paul is an incredibly interesting Pokemon. His eyes tell you that he could rip you apart at a moment's notice, but that's not what his heart says. In fact, it's the exact opposite- Paul is one of the most jovial Pokemon that I've ever met. He's constantly cracking jokes and trying to, overall, lighten the mood of everyone, especially Blade, who he's worked with in the past to defend Pokemon in the Old War. Even though Paul has a tendency to be light-hearted, he's no slouch in combat. He has a deep grudge for the criminals that murdered his parents, and this effortlessly translates to his claws. He can rip apart even the toughest of adversaries within seconds with a quick few lunges and swipes. If you happen to be a troublemaker, watch your back- you never know when Paul's right behind you, ready to serve justice.
