it was dark outside and Eun Bi felt
a little cold. "I should get going."
she says and gets up.

"i'll take you home." Yoongi said but
Eun Bi shakes her head no.
"it's not far from here I'll be okay. ..thanks though."

"are you crazy? a man should never
let a single women walk
home by herself when
it's dark."

she smiled and walked towards the ladder. "i can barely see." she said
and Yoongi immediately
offered help.

it was weird for him. he normally
wouldn't react like this. "i'll
climb down first and
help you."

when he reached the bottom he
patted on the latter where
Eun Bi should place
her foot.

she slowly climbed down but then
her foot slipped on the last two
and she fell backward
into his arms.

she quickly reached forward
to grab the ladder and pull
herself out of his embrace
and stand on her
own feet.

"i'm sorry." Eun Bi apologized.
"nothing to be sorry for." Yoongi
said and she turned around
to see a smile placed
on his lips.

"uh one question." she said. he
hummed in response
for her to ask.

"how are we going to get inside when you balcony door is closed?" Eun Bi asked and started laughing.

"huh?" Yoongi's eyes widened and he turned towards his balcony door.
"shit."

Eun Bi began to burst out into laughter
but she immediately stopped when she
saw Yoongi's dark expression.

"i'm sorry minty. but who doesn't have one of those things outside their
balcony door where you can
just push it open?"
Eun Bi asked.

"i guess i don't." he sighs. "i only have a stupid lock..." he groans.

"what?" Eun Bi asks curious. he started laughing under his breath.
"i have a spare key."

now Eun Bi slapped her forehead as well. "will you please just open the
door then." she laughs.

he turned to the flowerpot and started digging in the potting compost.
"got it." he says proudly holding
up the key.

Eun Bi starts to applaud him.
"now open the damn door."
she said.

"okay, okay." Yoongi looked at her
and only now realized she was
freezing.

he quickly opened the door
and let her in. "gosh you
must be freezing."

"oh no no i'm fine." Eun Bi
started but Yoongi
already took out
a blanket.

"here. take this with you."
he said and Eun Bi chuckled.

"that's very nice of you but i'm not going to walk home wrapped
in a huge blanket."

Yoongi blinked a couple times
realizing how stupid his
gesture must have
looked.

he went to his closet and pulled out
a grey sweatshirt. "take this then."
Eun Bi shook her head.

"no no no i-it's fine really you don't have to do that yoo-"

"will you please just take it. please?" he cut her off and Eun Bi reached for
the sweatshirt.

she put it on and a sweet scent surrounded her. not too
sweet it still smelled
like mens cologne.

"thank you. you already did so much
for me you really don't have
to walk me home."

"shut up i'm coming with you."
"well i guess you don't take
no's do you?"

he gave a her smile and closed his door
behind him. they walked downstairs and Eun Bi politely closed
his door to the backyard.

"you forget a lot don't you?"
"not even true." he said and locked
the doors.

they put on their shoes and Yoongi put his keys on the counter.

Eun Bi stepped outside first and Yoongi
then closed the door behind them.

"did you take your keys"
she asked teasing him.

he patted over his jacked and looked
in his pockets only to groan
in frustration. he threw his
head back and whined.

"i swear i put it on the counter i just
forgot to put it in my pocket."

Eun Bi bit her lip to prevent herself
from laughing. she reached in
the pocket of his sweatshirt
and held up his keys.

"you little shit." he said and Eun Bi started running. Yoongi being a guy
and Eun Bi being the small
girl she is he caught up
with her pretty fast.

he grabbed her wrist "hah got you!"
she laughed trying to escape
but it was useless.

"there." she said and threw the keys at him. the rest of the way they
both just talked about
the fun conversation
they had today.

"alright we reached the final destination." she says as she turns
around to give him a
warm smile.

"nice." Yoongi said and she slapped
his arm. "whatever. thank you for everything by the way."

"hmm whatever." Yoongi says patting
Eun Bi's arm mimiking her.

she rolled her eyes and he gave her an awkward smile.
"i'll head back now."
"see you tomorrow?"
"you bet your ass."

she unlocked her front door with the
spare key laying under her matt.
"i should find a better place
for this."

she says after she unlocked the door
and put the key in the flower pot
standing on her doorstep.
